Every 5th Month of the academic year

Trust is required for effective team formation. To function effectively, teams must be able to trust one another. In times of crisis, they can rely on one another. This activity is intended to strengthen interpersonal relationships among organization officers. When team members trust one another, they give each other the space and autonomy to complete tasks and make their own decisions. As a result, the organization becomes more humble and understanding, making it stronger than ever.
